
The Department of Agricultural Economics, College of Agriculture and Life Sciences at Texas A&M University, invites applications for a Academic Professional Track (Non-Tenure) position with a 9-month academic appointment beginning September 1, 2026. Duties will consist of teaching AGEC 223, AGEC 423, curriculum development and revision; develop optimizing model for small business truck farm; engage with industry mentors; mentor high school students interested in entrepreneurship; and engage with University Entrepreneurship Advisory Council. Applicants will be considered for the faculty title of Senior Professor in the department based on qualifications.
Candidates must have earned a Doctoral degree in Agricultural Economics and have significant teaching experience at the college/school level in business, agribusiness, entrepreneurship, and financial related fields.
