Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in short-term insurance claims. Be the Difference in Every Claim – Join Our Short-Term Insurance Team. We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Claims Consultant to join our Short-Term Insurance team. This role is responsible for managing claims end-to-end, ensuring a seamless client experience while adhering to regulatory and operational standards.

  • Manage and process short-term insurance claims from initiation through to finalisation
  • Assess claims in line with policy terms, conditions, and underwriting guidelines
  • Ensure accurate validation and adjudication of claims
  • Liaise with clients, brokers, service providers, and internal stakeholders
  • Deliver high levels of customer service and maintain strong client relationships
  • Handle queries, disputes, and escalations professionally and efficiently
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls
  • Ensure turnaround times and service level agreements are consistently met
  • Relevant insurance qualification (advantageous)
  • Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in short-term insurance claims
  • Sound knowledge of short-term insurance products and claims processes
  • Understanding of FAIS and regulatory requirements
  • Strong administrative and analytical skills

Education

Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC): Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
