Perform activities of non-merchandising procurement in terms of equipment purchasing, and vendor research and comparison, along with facilitate and coordinate related parties to support business operations effectively, aligning with policies, rules, and business plan
• รับผิดชอบงานจัดซื้อ/จัดจ้างของศูนย์การค้าตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย ให้สอดคล้องกับแผนงานและเป้าหมายของหน่วยงาน ครอบคลุมงานบริการและวัสดุอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ภายในอาคาร
• ดูแลการจัดจ้างผู้ให้บริการภายนอก (Outsource) อาทิ แม่บ้าน รปภ. และงานบริการอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการบริหารอาคาร
• ดำเนินการจัดซื้อของใช้สิ้นเปลือง วัสดุ อุปกรณ์ซ่อมแซม และงานบำรุงรักษาอาคาร ให้เพียงพอและเหมาะสมต่อการใช้งาน
• ติดตามและควบคุมกระบวนการจัดซื้อ เพื่อให้ได้รับสินค้า/บริการที่มีคุณภาพ ในราคาที่เหมาะสม และคุ้มค่าต่อองค์กร
• เปรียบเทียบราคา เจรจาต่อรอง และจัดทำข้อมูลประกอบการพิจารณาเพื่อขออนุมัติจากผู้บริหาร
• ประสานงานกับทีมอาคาร ทีมวิศวกรรม ผู้รับเหมา และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้การจัดหาวัสดุและบริการเป็นไปตามแผนงาน
• ควบคุมและตรวจสอบขั้นตอนการดำเนินงานของผู้ให้บริการและผู้ขาย เพื่อให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด
• เข้าร่วมกระบวนการสรรหา/คัดเลือกผู้ขาย และการประมูล (Tender/Bidding) ตามขั้นตอนขององค์กร
• ประสานงานทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กร เพื่อให้งานจัดซื้อ/จัดจ้างเป็นไปตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
