Masters India is a Leading manufacturer of premium aluminum products serving industries worldwide. fast-growing organization with diversified business operations across Technology, FinTech, and Manufacturing. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Non-IT Recruiter to support hiring requirements across our manufacturing Business and Non IT Roles.

The Non-IT Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing, operations, supply chain, quality, production, maintenance, plant administration, and other non-technical business functions. The role requires strong sourcing capabilities, stakeholder management, and the ability to close positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Manufacturing and non-IT roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality of hire.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring manufacturing roles.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
• Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer rollouts.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring dashboards.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and employer branding.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–6 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment.
• Prior experience hiring for manufacturing, production, operations, supply chain, quality, maintenance, procurement, plant HR, and related functions.
• Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and sourcing strategies.
• Experience using job portals and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
