The Customer Service & 21st Century Skills Noncredit-Instructor role is essential to our accelerated workforce development training programs. As an instructor, you will bring our curriculum to life using inclusive facilitating practices to meet the needs of each student. Our curriculum covers a variety of essential concepts, preparing students for entry-level customer-facing positions in various industries. Additional duties include tracking attendance, grading assignments, partnering with program staff, and fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
