This is a hybrid remote position with weekly onsite work in the Supply Chain department/System. Dartmouth Health is located in the state of NH.
The Manager, Non-Clinical Strategic Sourcing develops and executes end-to-end process of source-to-contract for non-clinical spend categories in a healthcare setting utilizing sourcing best practices including purchased services, facilities operations, IT, administrative services, capital, and other indirect spend areas. This role conducts category strategy development, market and landscape analysis, and supplier evaluations to secure best value for goods and services. The Manager negotiates pricing and contract terms, monitors vendor performance, and ensures compliance with Joint Commission, Department of Health, CMS, and all applicable regulatory requirements. The position collaborates with organizational stakeholders to implement data-driven sourcing solutions, optimize cost and utilization, strengthen vendor partnerships, and support operational and strategic objectives across the enterprise.
