This non-clinical position is responsible for managing incoming referrals, verifying documentation, coordinating with referral sources, and ensuring patients are appropriately processed for admission into home health services.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and possesses excellent communication and customer service skills.
