About the Role:

Furniture Mart is looking for a reliable and customer-focused Non-CDL Furniture Delivery Driver to join our team in Gretna, LA! This is a great opportunity to be the face of our brand, delivering quality furniture and exceptional service right to our customers' doors. Responsibilities:

• Safely load, transport, and deliver furniture to residential customers in the Gretna, LA area
• Unload and assemble furniture in customers' homes or designated spaces as needed
• Inspect deliveries for damage before and after transport, documenting any issues
• Maintain a clean, organized delivery vehicle and perform basic vehicle inspections
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding delivery windows, instructions, and concerns
• Follow optimized delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service
• Collaborate with warehouse and dispatch teams to coordinate daily delivery schedules

Requirements:

• Valid non-CDL driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and carry heavy furniture items (up to 100+ lbs) with a partner
• Prior delivery, moving, or logistics experience preferred
• Strong customer service skills and a professional, friendly demeanor
• Ability to navigate local routes efficiently using GPS or map tools
• Punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented with strong time management skills
• Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment screening

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
