Service is at the heart of everything we do. As a Non-CDL Driver, you will support the safe and efficient transportation of patients, visitors, staff, physicians, supplies, specimens, chemotherapy, equipment, pharmacy materials, and CPD instruments between MSK locations, including our regional sites. Role Overview:

  • Retrieve and return the MSK vehicle to and from the designated area on scheduled workdays. This may include parking and retrieving vehicles from non-MSK parking locations within or outside Manhattan.
  • Greet passengers in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
  • Provide patients and family members with information about transportation routes and the buildings being serviced.
  • Announce scheduled departure times, destinations, and anticipated delays to passengers.
  • Retrieve items from staging areas and deliver them safely to designated locations.
  • Sanitize high-touch areas throughout the day.
  • Provide cross-coverage in other areas as assigned by the department lead or manager.

Key Qualifications & Core Skills:

  • Less than two years of professional driving experience with a major company or organization.
  • Valid Class D driver’s license.
  • Defensive driving training preferred.
  • Committed to providing excellent customer service.
  • Demonstrates safe and responsible driving practices.
  • Communicates professionally with patients, visitors, staff, and colleagues.
  • Reliable, adaptable, and comfortable working across multiple MSK locations

Additional Information:

  • Location: 530 East 74th (Koch)
  • Monday to Friday, 3pm - 11pm.
  • Report to: Assistant Manager, Transportation
