Job Title: Non-CDL Driver / Warehouse Associate
Location: Edison
Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Non-CDL Driver / Warehouse Associate to join a flooring distribution team in Edison, NJ. This position is responsible for making local deliveries, loading and unloading flooring materials, maintaining warehouse organization, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, reliable, and comfortable handling heavy materials in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

Driving Duties

• 
  Safely operate company box trucks and delivery vehicles requiring no CDL.
• 
  Deliver flooring products to customers, job sites, and distribution partners throughout New Jersey and surrounding areas.
• 
  Load and secure materials for transport to prevent damage.
• 
  Verify delivery orders and obtain customer signatures upon delivery.
• 
  Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns.
• 
  Maintain a clean driving record and comply with all traffic laws and company safety policies.

Warehouse Duties

• 
  Receive, inspect, and stock incoming flooring materials and supplies.
• 
  Pick, pack, and stage customer orders accurately.
• 
  Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques.
• 
  Organize warehouse inventory and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• 
  Assist with cycle counts and inventory control procedures.
• 
  Support general warehouse operations as needed.

Qualifications

• 
  Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• 
  Previous warehouse, delivery driver, or logistics experience preferred.
• 
  Ability to lift and move flooring materials weighing up to 75 pounds.
• 
  Forklift experience preferred
• 
  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• 
  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• 
  Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Physical Requirements

• 
  Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of heavy materials.
• 
  Standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the workday.
• 
  Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
