Who We Are:
Watkins Distributing is a family-owned and operated beverage distribution company that has proudly served the communities of Idaho and Montana for four generations.

The Non CDL Driver is responsible for servicing an assigned route by delivering, stocking, and merchandising the company's beverage products at customer locations.

The work schedule consists of 5, 8-hour shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive a designated route and deliver products safely, efficiently, and professionally in compliance with all traffic laws and company policies.
• Unload products from the delivery vehicle using a pallet jack and/or hand truck.
• Verify deliveries with store personnel and check in all products upon arrival.
• Confirm order accuracy by verifying quantities and obtaining customer signatures.
• Stock cooler space, shelf space, and promotional displays at each stop.
• Rotate products in accordance with company freshness and merchandising standards.
• Retrieve empty keg shells, damaged merchandise, and incorrectly ordered products for return credit.
• Collect invoices and complete all required route paperwork on a daily basis.
• Maintain clear communication with sales representatives and retail account personnel.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Preferred Skills & Abilities:

• Prior delivery driving experience is preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and no major traffic violations.
• Ability to safely maneuver a fully loaded hand truck.
• Ability to operate standard handheld computers and route management devices.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

• Must be able to regularly lift and move beverage cases weighing 20–30 lbs. and lift up to 160 lbs. to waist level. Duties require frequent bending, squatting, reaching, and standing for extended periods.
• Work is performed independently while servicing multiple retail accounts throughout the day.
• Must be able to safely operate a delivery vehicle in a variety of weather and road conditions.
• Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.
