Job Description

We are currently looking for a Non-CDL Driver to join our Kimberly, WI team with a start time of 5:00am. In this role, you will drive a Non-CDL straight truck, transporting dry loads to customer locations throughout the local branch area. You will also be responsible for material handling duties when not performing driving duties based on a delivery schedule.

  • Drive straight truck and follow all safety procedures per company policy
  • Deliver and unload products to customer locations in a timely manner
  • Keep complete and accurate records and logs of all driving and deliveries
  • Be proficient and perform the proper procedures for performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Pull product, load and unload trucks when not performing driving duties
  • Back up other delivery routes when needed
  • Operate forklift and other machinery as needed
  • All other duties and special projects as assigned
  • Experience in delivery driving, customer service, or other related field
  • Ability to follow direction and safe operating procedures
  • A valid driver’s license and a good driving record per company insurance policy
  • Federal Medical card preferred, but not required
  • Demonstrated ability to provide quality customer service
  • High attention to detail and strong math skills to ensure accuracy
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively throughout the shift without assistance (weight varies based on product)
  • Ability to be trained to use forklifts and other warehouse equipment and work on his/her feet including walking for extended periods of time
  • Willing to work overtime as needed
