Job Description

We are looking for a Centre Manager/Nominated Supervisor for our brand new centre opening in Oran Park later in 2026

About us

Futuro began with a small group of people who shared a strong ethical belief in how childcare should be delivered — through high-quality education, in thoughtfully designed environments, where educators and families are treated with genuine
respect.

From the very beginning, our founding team made decisions not by following strict rules, but by doing what was right. This values-led approach has shaped who we are and how we operate.

Our leadership model is designed to let you lead:

You’ll bring:

  • A strong commitment to high-quality education and care, with children’s safety at the centre of every decision
  • Extensive experience as a Centre Manager within the early childhood education sector
  • Demonstrated success as an inspiring and effective people leader
  • Proven experience in opening and building a new service, including establishing strong teams and meaningful family relationships
  • The ability to develop and implement systems and processes that support operational excellence and compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
  • A proven track record of making values-based decisions and doing the right thing, even when it is difficult
  • The ability to remain optimistic, adaptable, and solutions-focused during times of change or challenge
  • A commitment to being a lifelong learner and supporting the growth and development of others
  • A valid Working With Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Food Handling Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Full working rights in Australia

Benefits

How much time do you have? It’s a long list.

  • $115,000–$130,000 per year + super + NES entitlements
  • Additional 15% Worker Retention Payment
  • Paid parental leave and miscarriage leave
  • On-site parking
  • Weekly pay
  • Generous remuneration
  • Up to 50% childcare discount
  • Paid First Aid training
  • Regular professional development
  • Generous team bonus arrangements
  • Daily cleaning contractor
