Your Role

As a Solution Engineer specializing in Nokia UDM (Unified Data Management) and AUSF, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and integrating core network solutions within 4G and 5G environments. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable, high-performance subscriber data management solutions while ensuring smooth deployment and operational stability.

In this role, you will:

Design and implement Nokia UDM and AUSF network elements aligned with 4G/5G architectures
Execute end-to-end deployment activities including integration, testing, and validation
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during deployment and post-deployment phases
Prepare and maintain essential technical documentation such as LLD, CIQ, DND, ATP, and MOP
Support system-level testing, acceptance, and customer sign-off processes
Integrate Subscriber Data Management (SDM) solutions with UDM/AUSF components
Analyze signaling and call flows to identify and resolve performance or functional issues
Collaborate with MS, NPI, Care, R&D, and customer teams to ensure successful project delivery
Contribute to continuous improvement of deployment practices and solution optimization
Support automation initiatives using scripting tools like Python, Shell, or Ansible

Your Profile

Strong hands-on experience with Nokia UDM and AUSF deployment and integration (mandatory)
Solid understanding of SDM architecture and telecom core network principles
Knowledge of cloud-native and virtualized environments (CNF, VNF, Kubernetes, Docker)
Proficiency in Unix/Linux systems and networking fundamentals (routers, switches)
Good understanding of 3G, 4G, and 5G call flows and signaling protocols
Basic scripting skills (Python, Shell, Perl, Ansible) for automation and troubleshooting
Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in network environments
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
Customer-focused mindset with strong stakeholder management capabilities
