The Nokia Mobile Network Technician will be responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and integration of Nokia RAN equipment for 4G/5G mobile network sites across the UAE.
Install and configure Nokia RAN equipment (BTS, eNodeB, gNodeB).
Perform commissioning and integration activities according to operator standards.
Install power cables, grounding, jumpers, antennas, RRUs, and fiber connections.
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on Nokia telecom sites.
Diagnose and rectify hardware faults, alarms, and site outages.
Perform software upgrades, module replacements, and configuration updates.
Perform site audits, quality inspections, and ensure standard compliance.
Conduct VSWR testing, power testing, and basic transmission checks.
Verify site acceptance criteria and assist in SAR preparation.
Maintain daily site reports, material usage reports, and activity logs.
Update task status in ERP/mobile applications as required.
Report technical issues promptly to the supervisor or project manager.
Diploma or Degree in Telecom / Electronics / Electrical engineering.
Minimum 1-3 years experience in mobile network installation (Nokia experience preferred).
Knowledge of LTE/5G technologies, RF equipment, and telecom commissioning tools.
Ability to climb towers and work at heights (if required).
Valid UAE residence or visit visa preferred.
Immediate joining is mandatory.
