We are Aida Recruitment, a technology and artificial intelligence-based employee search firm. For our client, we are looking for a Node.js Developer.
Founded in 2014, this U.S.-based platform connects private and government universities with the broader community by enabling easy booking and management of university facilities. Whether it's a classroom, gym, or even a football field at Harvard the platform empowers users to find, request, and schedule venue usage all in one place.
Youll be part of a collaborative and technically mature team (10+ engineers) working closely with the client, who is highly engaged and values engineers' input. Your code will directly influence the product.
Develop and maintain a scalable web application with search functionality.
Design and develop client-side application structure.
Collaborate directly with both the development team and end customers.
Participate in sprint planning, evaluations, and Scrum ceremonies.
Ensure high code quality and test coverage.
3+ years of experience with Node.js
Solid hands-on experience with MongoDB
Experience with Serverless architecture and AWS Lambda (pet projects count).
Understanding of NoSQL principles, relationships, and triggers.
Experience working with Jira, Confluence, and Agile workflows (A/C, DoD, Scrum).
Familiarity with Mongoose for schema/model design and validation in Node.js apps.
English level Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher
Ability to work until 89 PM CET at least 2-3 times per week
Experience with other programming languages.
Experience with MongoDB Atlas
Degree in a technical field.
