Job Description

Everforth ECS is seeking a NOC Manager - SME to work in Fairfax, Virginia. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Network Operations Center (NOC) operations, ensuring continuous support for ARNG enterprise infrastructure and DoDIN connectivity.
  • Develop and implement operational governance frameworks, including 24/7 monitoring strategies and escalation protocols.
  • Manage enterprise outage processes and coordinate major incident responses to maintain network availability and mission continuity.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity, engineering, and service management teams to integrate cross-functional operations.
  • Establish service performance standards, availability targets, and metrics for reporting and quality assurance.
  • Ensure compliance with DoDIN operational directives, configuration control, and cybersecurity policies.
  • Advise Government leadership on network operational risks, capacity planning, and resiliency strategies.
  • Oversee modernization efforts to enhance secure, resilient, and mission-ready connectivity across environments.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Clearance: TS//SCI Eligible required
  • S. Citizenship required
  • DoD 8140.03 Compliance: DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) Work Role 411-Technical Support Specialist at the Advanced proficiency level
  • Certifications (one or more required): SecurityX / CASP+, CCNP Security, CISA, FITSP-O, GICSP, SSCP
  • Education: Masters or Ph.D in [Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering]
  • Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience leading NOC functions within DoD or Federal environments
  • Proven ability to manage 24/7/365 monitoring operations and establish escalation frameworks
  • Experience in directing cross-functional integration with cybersecurity and engineering teams
  • Demonstrated capability in advising senior Government leadership on operational risk and network modernization impacts
