As a Senior Manager, NOC, you will lead 24x7 Network Operations Center functions, ensuring the availability, stability, and performance of critical network services. You will drive operational excellence through proactive incident management, automation, AI-driven monitoring, and continuous service improvement while serving as a key escalation and customer-facing leader.
