Computershare has an excellent opportunity to join our ever-growing technology department as an NOC Analyst. This position sits within our Service Operations department located in Edinburgh, who support our IT systems and employees across our global sites. Working in Service Operations gives you a great understanding of our wider business as you get to work with multiple different business lines and see the many different transactions and work that Computershare is involved in.
Our NOC Analysts are pivotal to our success; as a global market Leader in Financial Administration, Technology underpins us as the foundation of what we do. Maintaining optimal efficiency of our systems at a global scale plays a key part in ensuring Computershare continue to deliver the highest levels of service to our clients and employees around the world.
A role you will love
As a NOC Analyst, you’ll be part of a collaborative and skilled team responsible for ensuring the stability and performance of critical systems. You’ll monitor infrastructure, respond to alerts, and participate in incident resolution by escalating appropriately and working alongside the wider team to restore service.
Key responsibilities include:
Shift pattern will be 10pm – 6am, bank holidays is a must for this position, and flexibility to cover weekends.
What will you bring to the role?
As you can imagine, we need you to have great attention to detail. Supporting critical systems isn’t an easy job, so being able to think on your feet, problem solve and think outside the box are some key skills that you’ll need for this role.
Communication is key; you need to be able to build effective working relationships, work closely with your team to keep up to date with changes and bring your ideas to the table.
