Your role
As a Bellboy (Porter), you will be one of the first and last impressions of the guest experience. You will warmly welcome guests, assist with their luggage, and support smooth arrivals and departures while delivering a friendly and attentive service.
What you will do:
• Welcome guests on arrival with a warm and professional attitude
• Assist guests with luggage during check-in and check-out
• Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel facilities
• Support the Front Office team in daily operations
• Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently
• Ensure lobby and entrance areas are clean and organized
• Assist with transportation arrangements and valet service
• Provide information about hotel services and local attractions
• Support VIP arrivals and special requests with attention to detail
• Deliver a high level of service at all times
Who we’re looking for :
• Friendly, approachable, and guest-oriented personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive and helpful attitude
• Good physical condition to handle luggage
• Positive mindset and team spirit
• Well-presented and professional appearance
Requirements :
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Basic knowledge of hospitality and guest service
• Fluent in Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus )
• Valid EU / Ibiza work permit
• Driving license is a plus
