Job Description

nLogic is seeking a Logistician to support operations in the Huntsville area. This position supports daily publication and forms management activities that contribute directly to the accuracy, readiness, and sustainment of Army aviation and missile platforms. Logisticians provide the analytical capacity the team relies on to meet the Government’s stated monthly workload for forms management actions and technical manual reviews.

In this role, you will work closely with internal teams, government stakeholders, and technical partners to support research, publication updates, and coordination tasks within a collaborative, mission‑focused environment.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct research and cross reference data in Army logistics systems such as LMP, LSAR, WEBFLIS, MEARS, CCSS, FedLog, and STARPUBS to support forms management and publication reviews.
  • Support the DA Form 2028 review process by performing initial research, verifying data in logistics databases, and routing recommended changes for Senior Logistician review.
  • Assist with MEO incorporation by comparing Maintenance Engineering Order content against affected Equipment Publications.
  • Support Technical Manual (TM) review activities by comparing publication content against approved engineering source data, including ECPs, DCNs, and DA Form 2028 submissions.
  • Provide drafting and editing support for RPSTL parts listings and TM revisions under Senior Logistician guidance.
  • Support hardware teardown activities by assisting with documentation and data capture.
  • Maintain accuracy in all database research and cross referencing, ensuring no recurring errors.
  • Complete required Government training on time, including TARP, OPSEC, COMSEC awareness, and AMCOM safety briefings.
  • Record labor hours accurately by labor category for inclusion in monthly CDRL A001 reporting.
  • Contribute to the team’s overall analytical and database research throughput as one of the team’s Logisticians.

Required Qualifications
  • Secret security clearance (active and in-scope preferred; ability to obtain and maintain required).
  • Education and Experience Requirement:
    • High School Diploma and 12 years of relevant logistics or technical publications experience

    • Recent graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, technical communication, or engineering technology who have internship or co op experience supporting Army or DoD publication or sustainment activities.
  • Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical aptitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn Army publication change management processes under Senior Logistician mentorship.
