Working within our function departments, you would be supporting all of our businesses.

Responsibility :

1. Create national schedule planning reports and monitor the execution of actual treatments for customers.
2. Compile and prepare comprehensive reporting for the National Quality Business Review execution.
3. Receive, distribute, and analyze customer complaints, and communicate them to branch service teams for follow-up.
4. Manage digital system administration, including the registration, modification, and deletion of customer digital report accounts.
5. Ensure administrative quality for new and existing customers across digital platforms like MyRentokil, MyCalmic, and eDocket.
6. Monitor the national submission of required branch reports and oversee the Quality Check progress.

Requirements

1. Education Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Agriculture, Biology, Microbiology, or Public Health. Candidates with degrees in Plant Pest and Disease, Environmental Health, or Medical Entomology are preferred.
2. Experience Fresh graduates are welcome, though 1 year of experience in a similar position and industry is an advantage.
3. Supporting Skills Must be proficient in operating computers, have a good grasp of digitalization, possess good English proficiency, and have strong presentation and communication skills.
4. Active in English
5. Excellent in microsoft excell, google sheet, google drive.
6. Having knowledge about pest control
7. Having leadership, communication and presentation skill
8. Experience to operating computer especially Microsoft Excel
