Nissan Main Line Technician

Pay Range: $24.00 – $45.00 Flat Rate Hourly (DOE)
Schedule: Full-Time

Avondale Nissan, proudly part of Lithia & Driveway, is seeking an experienced Nissan Main Line Technician to join our high-performing service team. Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Nissan vehicles
• Accurately identify mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
• Complete repair orders efficiently and according to manufacturer standards
• Perform warranty and customer-pay repairs with accuracy and attention to detail
• Maintain productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced shop environment
• Collaborate with service advisors and team members to ensure an outstanding customer experience
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

Qualifications:

• Nissan Main Line Technician certification preferred, not required
• Previous dealership technician experience required
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to perform repairs independently and efficiently
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• ASE certifications are a plus
• Strong work ethic, professionalism, and team-oriented attitude
