We're looking for the leader who can take Walser Wayzata Nissan to the next level.
This is an opportunity for an accomplished automotive leader to take ownership of a dealership with real potential and make a measurable impact on its performance, people, and future.
We're not looking for someone who is comfortable managing the day-to-day. We're looking for someone who sees the numbers before they're on the financial statement, recognizes talent before it's obvious, understands where the business is leaving opportunity on the table, and has the leadership presence to do something about it.
As General Manager, you'll lead the entire dealership operation—sales, service, parts, financial performance, customer experience, and most importantly, the people responsible for delivering all of it.
The expectation is simple: lead well, build a great team, drive performance, and leave the dealership better than you found it.
$250,000–$350,000+ On Target Earnings
This is a significant opportunity for a significant leader. Our compensation structure provides substantial earning potential for a General Manager who can consistently deliver strong dealership results.
If you've built a dealership that consistently performs, developed leaders who outperform expectations, and have reached the point where you're ready for a bigger challenge, this is worth a conversation.
We're not interested in checking boxes.
We want to know what you've accomplished, how you lead, and what you believe you can build next.
Walser Automotive Group has spent more than 60 years building its business around cars, people, and doing things the right way. We're family-owned, family-run, and serious about developing great leaders.
If you're the kind of General Manager who looks at a dealership and immediately sees where it can be better, we want to meet you.
