Job Description

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a highly skilled consultant to guide an organization towards NIS2 compliance. This role involves supporting the implementation of an information security policy along with the necessary technical and organizational measures. The consultant will work closely with both the organization and its suppliers to develop, align, and effectively implement policies.

The consultant will also assist the organization in preparing for audits, inspections, and supervisory activities, aiming to demonstrate compliance with applicable NIS2 obligations. Progress will be monitored and reported to relevant stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide the organization towards NIS2 compliance through the implementation of an information security policy.
• Collaborate with the organization and suppliers to develop and implement effective policies.
• Assist in preparing for audits, inspections, and supervisory activities.
• Monitor and report progress to stakeholders.

Experience Required:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in complex enterprise IT environments.
• At least 5 years of experience in information security within operational or organizational contexts.
• Proven experience in implementing and rolling out an Information Security Management System (ISMS).
• Experience in project management, stakeholder management, and progress reporting.
• Experience in preparing, guiding, and following up on audits, inspections, and supervisory processes.
• Experience within government or social security is a strong advantage.

Profile:

• In-depth knowledge of the NIS2 directive, Cyber Fundamentals, and related information security frameworks.
• Good understanding of technical and organizational security measures and their practical application within organizations.
• Ability to weigh cybersecurity risks against operational objectives and communicate clearly and persuasively.
• Experience in guiding audit and inspection processes and supporting organizations during supervisory activities.
• Pragmatic approach to translating theoretical principles into feasible and effective measures.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrating strong expertise, leadership, and persuasive skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
