Au sein de l’équipe Employee Experience et sous la responsabilité directe d’un manager britannique, nous recrutons un(e) Chargé(e) d’Administration du Personnel & Paie Junior en alternance, à compter de la prochaine rentrée académique (septembre 2026).
Le poste s’inscrit dans un environnement de travail international, avec un usage quotidien de l’anglais dans les échanges professionnels. Il offre une exposition très opérationnelle aux fondamentaux RH et constitue une opportunité idéale pour développer une expertise solide en administration du personnel, paie et services aux collaborateurs.
Vos missions
Vous interviendrez sur un périmètre large et formateur, articulé autour de trois axes principaux :
1. Administration du personnel et paie
2. Gestion de la flotte automobile
3. Reporting et suivi RH
