Hold critical role to support launch of IMAAVY- a human FcRn-blocking monoclonal antibody, for the treatment of Warm Autoimmune Hemolytic Anemia(wAIHA); Work closely with core CVT and sales team to ensure excellence launch of wAIHA and to further drive strategic execution and to maximize business growth

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Strategic: Developing insight-driven launch strategy for IMAAVY in line with potential indication strategies such as Rare Autoantibody and Prevalent Rheumatology and company objectives.
  • Competitive: Bring competitive mindset to coordinate cross teams and design holistic strategic & tactic plan to drive successful launch of wAIHA and oversee execution

Major Responsibilities

  • Develop wAIHA launch/brand strategy and develop launch readiness programs for launch excellence by driving discussion and aligning views from key stakeholders (China commercial cross functional team, Access/Pricing, MAF, China R&D)
  • Lead forecasting and financial analysis along business cycle and strategic planning of IMAAVY for short to long term growth opportunities and challenges
  • Collaborate with and influence global partners (commercial and R&D) and regional stakeholders to make sure China market insight and input to be proactively delivered and to maximize China opportunities in the planning and support.
  • Take lead to make aligned launch strategy and investment with AP and global key stakeholders for brand strategy and launch plan.
  • Develop metrics plan, analyze multichannel activities, track program results and optimize campaigns, following agile methodology (a test-learn-adapt)
  • Monitor the performance of owned assets against agreed metrics and provide timely reports

Role Requirements:

  • Deep expertise and extensive hands-on experience in multi-TA commercial and marketing, specializing in strategy development and execution (minimum 3+ years of practical experience).
  • Proven experience in collaborating with AP regional/global key stakeholders to facilitate communication, drive alignment, and develop strategic agendas to exert influence.
  • Demonstrated success in business planning, launching new products, and developing innovative business models.
  • Preferably, rich experience in Hematologic disease field, especially in Red blood cell disease or in new product launches.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities, including working effectively with multi-national, cross-functional, and global teams.
  • Ability to collaborate with a broad range of internal and external partners.
  • Fluent in English, with strong professional communication skills.
  • Innovative mindset with a proactive approach to challenges and opportunities.

Requirements of the role:

  • Bachelor degree or above, background in medical, pharmaceutical, life science or MBA is preferred.
  • Minimal 5+ years of marketing experience in multinational companies, sales management experience is plus
  • Strong customer focus, diligent and have an extremely strong drive to succeed
  • Fluency in the English
