关于 NIO Life： NIO Life 是蔚来旗下的生活方式品牌，以“用精湛与诚意，兑现生活的美好”为理念，覆盖服饰、家居、美食、户外等品类。我们正在寻找一位直播策划，用内容和创意，把 NIO Life 的生活方式带给更多用户。 工作职责： - 直播策略与策划：制定 NIO Life 官方私域及公域直播策略，策划差异化选题，主导直播全流程策划与落地。 - 内容规划与脚本：制定直播核心矩阵账号短视频策略与内容规划，负责短视频策划、直播脚本撰写、内容拍摄及后期统筹。 - 数据分析与增长：与直播运营协同，分析全域平台（私域APP、抖音小红书等）流量机制与账号数据，优化内容策略与运营方案，推动账号 GMV 增长。 - 跨部门协同：与公司内外多个业务部门配合，挖掘产品核心卖点与营销资源，结合节点策划专项主题活动，提升内容生产效率，确保交付结果符合品牌与项目需求。
职位要求
候选人要求： - 本科及以上学历，MCN 机构背景优先；有知名消费品行业市场营销经验优先，如高端服装、奢侈品、时尚、高端美食、设计家具、户外运动或 3C 数码等。 - 5 年以上直播策略运营经验，具备操盘并执行大型直播项目的经验，有电商直播运营经验者优先。 - 熟悉抖音、小红书电商规则与流量逻辑、短视频爆款公式与直播转化技巧，能基于数据快速迭代内容策略。 - 对市场热点与用户情绪有敏锐洞察，具备很强的直播策划及内容规划能力，可独立完成脚本创作与内容统筹。 - 具备较强的创意能力和审美能力，对生活方式、设计品类趋势有敏锐感知。 - 出色的项目管理能力和沟通协调能力，对项目结果认真负责，值得信任。 - 愿意接受挑战，适应不确定性，敢于尝试创新。 加分项 - 有从 0 到 1 搭建直播账号或矩阵的经验。 - 对蔚来品牌及 NIO Life 产品有了解和认同。
