关于我们 NIO Chat是服务于NIO集团与专业用户的数字工作伙伴——一个"懂蔚来、能动手、保安全"的AI原生产品。我们也是一支AI原生团队，用AI的方式做AI的产品。我们要找的，C端功底扎实、对用户体验有判断、并且能端到端把一款成熟产品做出来的产品经理。 岗位职责 • 端到端负责产品从洞察、定义、设计到上线、迭代的完整闭环，对核心体验与关键指标（留存 / 活跃 / 满意度）负责。 • 以用户体验为先，深入真实场景挖掘需求，把复杂的 AI 能力转化为顺手、好用、值得信赖的产品体验。 • 用 AI 原生的方式重新设计工作流——不是把 AI 当作功能点缀，而是从交互范式到能力边界重新定义产品形态。 • 与设计、研发、算法、运营紧密协同，快速验证、快速迭代，持续打磨产品成熟度。
