职位描述
1、担任蔚来官方区域号直播的主播职能，负责直播项目的上播互动等事宜； 2、根据品牌传播节奏，规划直播内容脚本，并根据直播效果不断迭代，最终达成优质的引流+留资效果； 3、根据专业能力产出优质的直播/短视频内容； 4、熟练操作直播后台运营及建设，并对后台数据有一定汇总及解读能力； 5、与销售团队建立良好沟通机制，追踪整体新增线索、试驾、订单后效，持续进行反馈及优化；
职位要求
1、大专及以上学历; 2、2年及以上主播工作经验； 3、具有汽车行业类经验者优先，拥有自身优质直播账号者优先； 4、拥有优异的表达能力、逻辑能力、与视觉把控能力，同时对于汽车行业及市场具有相当的知识储备； 5、熟悉视频号、抖音等重点平台的直播规则、投流工具与策略，能够通过数据工具进行分析，优化运营与直播方式； 6、优秀的沟通能力，极强的内外部协作及资源统筹能力； 7、极强的工作责任心和主动学习意识及出色的抗压能力和适应能力。
