-负责链接上级战略规划，分析换电团队业务现状，考虑未来发展方向，制定业务目标及实施计划，并与团队共识及推动目标的达成； -负责换电服务的运营管理，对安全、用户满意度、成本等核心业务指标负责； -负责换电服务团队管理，识别业务对本团队组织能力的要求，从人员的招聘、培训、考核、能力提升和职业发展等几个角度提升组织及人员能力； -负责处理换电服务团队的临时或突发事件，保证完成效果。 -负责主导管理体系在本团队落地执行，监控执行效果，解决过程中的困难，达成目标，并不断进行优化。 -承接公司安排的其它任务；
职位要求
-本科及以上学历，3年以上团队管理管理经验，有物流、快递、外卖等服务行业背景优先； -出色的沟通与组织协调能力，优秀的服务意识，良好的职业操守； -优秀的分析问题、解决问题的能力，具备处理突发事件的应变能力； -愿意接受新鲜事物，有创新意识，有持续的学习意愿。
