职位描述
1、作为交付专员实习生，你需要提供适合的解决方案，将新车功能讲解带给每个不同的用户，从而让用户能够充分了解我们的产品功能与特点； 2、你需要了解蔚来汽车致力于提供高效、专业且有温度的用户交付体验；一切从你发现用户需求开始。在你的交付团队成员的支持下，你要为用户提供能够满足其需求的服务（包括创造交付惊喜）； 3、你非常善于发现用户需求，随后提供启发性的解决方案。你不仅是用户进入交付中心时见到的第一个人，也是全程引导他们的人，包括提供建议等乃至设置他们的新车； 4、在交付中心，你还要履行其他职责，例如维护交付现场秩序或进行交付物料准备或协助团队其他成员。你需要始终保持好奇心，掌握有关产品和活动的最新动态，并随时准备在与用户的互动中运用你学到的知识。
职位要求
1、27届及以上毕业的在校大学生，专业不限； 2、每周能保证至少4天的工作时间（含周末），并且能提供4个月以上的稳定实习周期； 3、对汽车、尤其对新能源汽车产品具有强烈兴趣，能够快速了解新产品和新功能； 4、优秀的沟通能力，能够与提车用户轻松、随意地进行对话，就像与朋友私下交谈一样；平易近人、善于倾听，并且能够感同身受； 5、能够在日复一日的交付环境中提供出色的顾客体验，并在接连不断的用户接待中获得激励，保持精力充沛。
