职位描述
1，协助能源运营区域负责人对负责的区域的能源整体业务进行运营及管理，提升用户体验和经营效率； 2，根据市场反馈，协助及时调整策略执行落地方案，有效整合和调配资源，快速响应执行落地； 3，依据已有数据内容处理业务及订单数据报表，定期收集和分析用户需求，提出运营策略与流程建议； 4，协助换电站相关传播内容的策划与执行，包括但不限于文案撰写、海报设计、视频剪辑等，关注行业动态和用户反馈，协助团队进行传播方向的优化。
职位要求
职位要求： 1，本科及以上学历，对传播和用户心理充满兴趣，具备一定的文案写作和视觉表达能力； 2，熟练使用至少一款设计软件，有数据分析基础或相关经验者优先； 3，每周可实习4天及以上，至少实习4个月，6个月以上的优先考虑； 4，非常强的自驱力和计划能力，主动反馈工作进度和困难点，优秀的自我管理能力及学习能力。
