作为车辆交付惊喜官，我们期待你 1、热情接待用户，帮助用户现场手续办理； 2、完成车辆讲解与功能教学； 3、后期用车保障的思考和沟通； 4、处理现场突发状况及用户不满； 5、执行交付标准流程，保证业务数据达成； 6、用户个性化的提车布置、需求； 7、保证用户完美的提车体验，制造仪式感和惊喜感。
职位要求
1、2026届统招本科及以上学历应届生； 2、拥有以用户满意度为考核标准的客服类实习、销售系统的实习经验更佳； 3、富有同理心，有抗压能力，具备良好的沟通能力、客诉处理能力； 4、拥有积极主动解决问题的态度，以解决用户需求为第一要务的责任感，以及面对日复一日各种挑战不认输的精神； 5、敢于试错，拥有承担责任并不断自我完善的性格特质； 6、具备良好的中文表达及理解能力、能熟练使用办公软件； 7、本岗位将邀请您提前参与带薪实习体验，快人一步，融入NIO！
