职位描述
1.担任蔚来官方主播的助播，协助主播进行直播的筹备、执行、互动、数据追踪等事宜； 2.根据品牌传播节奏，规划直播内容脚本，并根据直播效果不断迭代，最终达成优质的引流+留资效果； 3.拥有良好的新媒体运营能力，能进行视频脚本撰写、拍摄、剪辑，协助进行主播新媒体账号的运营； 4.支持各类传播项目，并根据专业能力协助产出优质的直播/短视频内容。
职位要求
1.27/28届应届生，本科及以上学历； 2.有直播经验、驾驶经验优先； 3.拥有优异的表达能力、逻辑能力、与视觉把控能力； 4.优秀的沟通能力，极强的内外部协作及资源统筹能力； 5.有较强的文字功底，能够持续输出相应文案思考力； 6.极强的工作责任心和主动学习意识及出色的抗压能力和适应能力与视觉把控能力。
