职位描述
1. 制定有效的企业拓展、异业合作策略并负责实施、达成商务合作目标并与相关内部团队协调。
2. 负责和企业及合作伙伴方的定期沟通、谈判,并针对不同行业、不同类型的合作伙伴制定方案,重点深挖优质企业合作机会。
3. 利用公司内部资源,进行商务和做谈判,通过资源置换的方式与外部合作,引入外部流量、撬动对方客户群体,从而做到低成本获客,以增加更多品牌粉丝和销售线索。
4. 将异业合作做成独立商业模式,探索与各行业深度合作的商业模式,增加空间使用率,活动频次和客流量。
5. 提供个性和尊贵的试驾体验,跟进试驾并转化为有效订单。
职位要求
1. 学历本科及以上。
2. 拥有2年以上商务拓展,异业合作、大客户销售、大客户活动工作经验,汽车或酒店行业优先。
3. 具备较强的商务谈判能力,解决方案策划、撰写能力,项目管理能力和内部协调沟通能力。
4. 优秀的人际沟通能力和应变能力。
