职位描述
1、协作销售业绩跟踪:对销售业务数据进行多维度分析,包括业绩预测、销售人员的每日达成进度、排行榜、周月度数据呈现及复盘等,推动销售完成业绩指标;
2、销售流程优化:熟悉销售系统逻辑和操作并能支持Fellow日常系统工具应用,制定并不断优化内部流程机制,提高销售协作效率;
3、订单运营管理:包括但不限于订单资源盘点,门店交付订单跟进等工作;
4、车辆资源管理:协助门店跟进展车的申请、展示、销售生命周期管理;
职位要求
1、全日制本科在校生及研一、研二学历,专业不限,数字分析相关专业优先;
2、保证每周至少5天,持续6个月及以上优先;
3、熟练使用Excel、熟悉Excel常用公式,具有python或AI相关经验者为佳;
4、积极主动,执行力强,结果导向意识强,具备良好的服务能力和沟通能力以及团队合作精神;
5、思路清晰、具备优秀的逻辑分析能力;
6、极强的抗压能力&学习能力,耐心细致,责任心强。
