Job Description

NIO-服务满意度管理(郑州)郑州社招全职用户与服务大专及以上3-5 年职位描述- 区域售后客诉处理负责人,拉通横向资源,负责售后各类复杂案件的处理闭环
- 针对重大舆情,善于利用和整合内外部各资源妥善处置各类突发事件,达成降低和结束舆情风险的正向结果
- 协助售后服务团队持续提升现场客诉及服务能力,结合区域内实际服务情况、人员能力、公司政策,阶段性制订完善的区域服务机制和方案
- 对区域服务运营满意度结果负责,通过体验不佳声量/低分评价分析审核, 识别区域内服务或维修问题并改善,最终提升满意度职位要求- 本科及以上学历,5年以上客诉处理或中高端4S店、汽车行业服务经验,对用户问题有透彻了解,理解力强
- 具备汽车相关的基础知识, 用户关系管理相关技巧
- 优秀的沟通与组织协调能力,优秀的服务意识和良好的抗压应变能力
- 具备独立现场用户客诉谈判能力,客诉案件走势分析及预判能力
- 熟悉汽车行业相关法律法规,善于利用和整合内外部各资源(法务,工商,媒体等) 投递
