3. 主导品牌联动策划与资源整合，对接市场、公关、创意、法务等团队，确保合作项目的推广传播、内容呈现、物料执行等环节顺利推进；
1. 本科及以上学历，3年以上BD或品牌合作经验，有拥有一定的品牌资源或跨界合作经验；
2. 熟悉二次元圈层文化，对游戏、二次元、文娱、潮玩等产品的玩家画像、内容生态、品牌联动逻辑有深刻理解；
3. 具备独立洽谈与项目推进能力，能从策略到落地全程把控；
4. 具备结果导向与团队协作精神，抗压能力强，热爱游戏与ACGN文化。
