We’re seeking a motivated Nighttime Operator (Manufacturing Associate) to join our biopharmaceutical production team in Upstream.

The job
In the position as operator (Manufacturing Associate), you will work on some of the following tasks: 

• Execution and revision of cGMP documents 
• Handling and completion of batch documentation
• In-process sampling and analytical measurements
• Execution of validation protocols
• CiP/SiP of equipment
• Training new colleagues
• Reporting deviations
• Possibility of being a part of different projects such as process optimization, red lining SOPs, 5S and continuous improvements
  

Schedule & Application
As an operator (Manufacturing Associate) your work will follow below schedule:
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Week 2: Wednesday and Thursday

Furthermore, you will work on Night 2 (20:05 – 06:18)

Note: First four weeks include comprehensive training from 8:00 – 16:00.

Qualifications
We expect from you that:

• You're the type who double-checks the details and makes sure things don't slip through the cracks.
• You don't wait to be asked, but step in when something needs to be done
• You explain things clearly, keep people in the loop, and you are quick to pick up new digital tools.
• People trust you to do what you say and handle things the right way.
• You show up with focus and give it your all - even on the routine stuff.
• You are enthusiastic about working under GMP and you enjoy working with math and IT tools.
• You have flair for understanding process flows
• You can read and understand work instructions in English.
• Experience with working night shifts is a plus.
  

Preferably, you are experienced in pharmaceutical production or regulated industries OR you are a Life Science Graduate ready to start your career in production. It is a plus if you have experience with cGMP, SOPs, filtration or fermentation processes.

About the team
You will join a fantastic team of 11 people with diverse backgrounds and an international touch. The team is highly engaged, skilled, and strong in interpersonal collaboration. They are known for their professionalism as well as their sense of humor and strong collegial spirit.
A couple of times a year they also meet outside work for lunch or similar get-togethers.
