Job Description

Lucky Strike Bellevue is home to one of the most dynamic entertainment environments in the Bellevue market. On Friday and Saturday nights, the venue shifts into a dedicated nightlife operation, and we are looking for an experienced Nightlife Operations Manager to lead it.

As Nightlife Operations Manager, you will lead a dedicated nightlife staff, drive a premium bottle service program, and partner closely with the Lucky Strike Bellevue General Manager to ensure seamless venue transitions and a consistently elevated guest experience. You are the dedicated nightlife leader, focused on maximizing revenue, guest experience, and operational execution during peak late-night business periods.

This role is currently structured around Friday and Saturday nightlife operations, with real opportunity to grow into additional nights as the program scales. You will play a meaningful role in shaping what Lucky Strike Bellevue nightlife becomes. This role demands a nightlife expert who thrives in a late-night, high-energy environment, knows how to drive bottle service and bar revenue, and can build and retain a high-performing nightlife team.

OWN THE NIGHTCLUB OPERATIONOwn Lucky Strike Bellevue's Friday and Saturday nightlife experience, with the opportunity to grow the program to additional nights as the business evolves. Manage all aspects of nightlife operations from doors-open to close, including staffing, guest flow, entertainment, and revenue performance. Partner with the General Manager to coordinate transitions, shared resources, and crossoperational needs. Availability for special events, holiday programming, staff training, and weekly planning will be expected as needed.

DRIVE BOTTLE SERVICE & BAR REVENUELead and grow the venue's bottle service program as the primary revenue engine of nightlife operations. Set and achieve nightly and weekly revenue targets. Manage table inventory, VIP reservations, and upselling strategy. Oversee bar operations to ensure premium execution, responsible service, and maximum throughput.

BUILD & LEAD YOUR NIGHTCLUB TEAMRecruit, hire, train, schedule, and manage a dedicated nightlife staff, including:

  • Bottle Service Servers / VIP Hosts
  • Nightclub Bartenders & Barbacks
  • Nightlife Floor Supervisors
  • Security Leads (in coordination with venue security vendors)
  • Additional support staff as the program grows

Set performance expectations, provide ongoing coaching and feedback, and build a team culture that is professional, guest-obsessed, and revenue-focused.

DRIVE NIGHTLIFE MARKETING & EVENTSWork closely with marketing and events teams on nightlife promotions, themed nights, DJ bookings, special events, and social media initiatives. Identify local events and partnership opportunities that bring new guests into the nightlife experience. Build and maintain VIP guest relationships and driveoutreach to grow reservations and repeat visits. Stay ahead of trends in the local nightlife scene and bring forward ideas that keep the program fresh and compelling.

ELEVATE THE GUEST EXPERIENCESet the standard for VIP and general guest service in a nightlife environment. Ensure bottle service guests receive a premium experience from reservation through departure. Address and resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally. Maintain an atmosphere that drives repeat visits andstrong word-of-mouth.

ENSURE COMPLIANCE & SAFETYMaintain strict compliance with all applicable liquor laws, health & safety codes, and venue policies. Ensure all nightlife staff hold required alcohol service certifications. Partner with security personnel to maintain a safe environment for all guests and staff throughout the night. Manage incidentreporting and documentation with accountability and care.

REPORT & RECAP PERFORMANCEDeliver weekly nightlife performance recaps covering revenue results, bottle sales, VIP reservation tracking, labor, and operational opportunities. Review trends, identify gaps, and bring a clear action plan to every Monday debrief. Report directly to the venue GM with strong partnership and dottedline support from district leadership.

You're a nightlife expert who knows how to run a room. You understand the rhythms of a highvolume late-night environment and have a proven track record leading teams in that space. You bring equal parts hospitality instinct and business acumen. You know how to deliver a great guest experience and how to make the numbers work. You're accountable, cool under pressure, and the kind of leader people want to follow at midnight on a Saturday.

We recognize that the best nightlife leaders do not always come from a traditional venue management background. We are looking for someone who is trend-aware, socially connected, comfortable in front-facing and VIP environments, and genuinely passionate about creating memorable nightlife experiences. Professionalism and accountability are non-negotiable, and so is the creativity and instinct that elevates a good night into a great one.

  • 5+ years of management experience in nightclub, high-volume bar, or premium hospitality/nightlife operations
  • Demonstrated experience managing and growing a bottle service or VIP table program
  • Experience directly supervising a multi-role nightlife team (servers, bartenders, floor supervisors)
  • Comfortable managing to revenue and sales targets; P&L literacy a plus
  • MAST certification or equivalent state alcohol service certification (required prior to start)
  • Exceptional guest service instincts with experience handling high-expectation VIP clientele
  • Trend-aware and socially connected within the local nightlife and entertainment scene
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; able to manage a fast-moving operation with precision and calm
  • Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain top nightlife talent
  • Knowledge of POS systems and nightlife operational tools
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred; equivalent experience considered

WORK ENVIRONMENT/ PHYSICAL DEMANDS

High-energy nightlife environment operating primarily Friday and Saturday evenings into early morning hours. Requires the ability to stand, walk, and be actively present on the floor for extended periods. Must be able to communicate effectively in a loud, high-stimulation environment. Some lifting may be required with assistance.
