Night Support Worker

Compensation: £13.75 / hour
Priory The Bungalow is looking to recruit a Support Worker to join the team.This is a role for night shifts The shift pattern will be a rolling 4 nights on, 4 nights off and you must be able to complete this pattern from the hours 2200-0730.
The Bungalow is located in the town of Lostock Hall, a suburb of Preston, in Lancashire. The service offers residential support for three adult males and females who are autistic or have a learning disability.

We aim to provide everyday living experiences within the community for people, who may otherwise miss the opportunity to experience the wider world.

What you'll be doing
You’ll be part of a dedicated and compassionate team, all working together to ensure the smooth running of the hospital and to support the wellbeing of our patients. Whether you're assisting with day-to-day operations, supporting with care requirements, keeping things organised, or ensuring our spaces are well looked after, your support plays an important part in creating a positive experience for those who live and work here.
- Through your own professional behaviour, including adhering to policies and procedures, you will contributes to the maintenance of safety, security and confidentiality standards.
- Undertake keyworking responsibility for individual service users, supporting the individual to plan goals and personal outcomes and ensure that these are comprehensively documented and reviewed. Innovation
- You should have a flexible and innovative approach to their work and be able to facilitate and support service users in decision making, promoting choice and involvement at all times.
- You should present the service in a positive light and should be proactive in making suggestions for how to improve the service.
