Our Child Safe Commitment is to ensure that every child and young person has the right to be safe and protected. We believe that all young people have the right to grow and learn in an environment which is caring and nurturing. In line with this commitment, all staff must hold and maintain a current Working with Children Check (WWC) as a condition of employment with us.
If you’re looking for meaningful, flexible night work and enjoy supporting young people in a safe, nurturing environment, we’d love to hear from you!

The Great Aussie Bush Camp stands proudly as a pioneer and leader in outdoor education across Australia, deeply rooted in the local economy and community since 1990. As one of the largest outdoor education centres in the country, we welcome around 65,000 children and teachers annually across our three stunning locations.
Our purpose is clear: to inspire, empower, and create memories that last a lifetime.
Through unforgettable experiences in breathtaking bushlands and picturesque waterfront settings, we challenge participants to step out of their comfort zones, discover their potential, and forge connections that leave a lasting impact. At The Great Aussie Bush Camp, we don’t just run camps, we create life-changing adventures that inspire the next generation of leaders, dreamers, and adventurers.
