
Environment Control is looking for a Night Supervisor to join our team and support our employees and accounts throughout the Northern Kentucky / South Cincinnati area.
We’re looking for someone who is reliable, honest, friendly, and comfortable working with people. Someone who can communicate clearly, build good relationships, and handle situations with a calm and professional approach.
You don’t need years of supervisory experience to be successful in this position.
We can teach you the cleaning and operational side of the job. What we really value is who you are, how you treat people, and your willingness to learn.
The right person will be:
Cleaning or supervisory experience is a plus, but not required. We’re willing to train the right person.
Typically 5:30 PM – 1:00 AM, with some flexibility in start time.
Some weekend work may be needed for coverage.
We believe skills can be learned, but character matters.
We’re looking for someone who is open-minded, adaptable, willing to listen, and willing to grow.
You don’t have to know everything when you walk through the door. We’re looking for the right person, and we’re willing to train.
