YOU WILL BE:

The primary responsibility of the Operations Supervisor position is to support Distribution Center leadership and the operational direction for departments within the DC to include Inbound, Outbound, Quality, Returns, or other areas. You will support the performance accuracy of these areas of the operation.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Support in leading and developing a team of employees to achieve operational and productivity goals while promoting a positive and inclusive work environment

• Conduct daily shift meetings and support workforce staffing and scheduling to meet operational needs

• Prioritize and champion safety plans and protocols to provide a safe work environment by conducting regular safety meetings and promoting a culture of safety awareness

• Support all aspects of area operations including productivity, inventory management, order fulfillment and quality assurance

• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy

• Monitor Goals to improve; develop action plans to address areas of concern and meet performance targets

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

• Produce and analyze reports on operational performance and present findings to senior management

• Track attendance and timekeeping on a daily basis

• Work the assigned shift and extra time observing business needs.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

• 3+ years of qualitative/quantitative experience in management in a similar role in Supply Chain, Operations, Transportation, or Inventory Management.

• Experience working with automated order fulfillment systems.

• Knowledge of WMS systems, quality and productivity measurements and processes.

• Ability to foster productive relationships at every level.

• Ability to work with technical and non-technical business owners to deliver results.

• Must have understanding of English language both written and verbal. Must be able to communicate understanding of English during the interview process.

SALARY AND OTHER BENEFITS

The starting salary for this position is between $51,000 to $68,000 annually Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include market, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for short-term incentive compensation awards.
