What You'll Be Doing

  • Oversee daily the production / maintenance requirements to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.

  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

  • Train, mentor, and supervise production staff to enhance team performance.

  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain for timely materials procurement.

  • Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

  • Proven leadership capability grounded in aggregates operations, with a strong focus on developing high performance, safety-driven teams.

  • Skilled in evaluating production priorities across quarry, plant and logistics functions to make sound, timely operational decisions.

  • Demonstrated commitment to safety excellence, regulatory compliance, and proactive risk mitigation in high hazard environments.

  • Effective communicator who collaborates seamlessly with equipment operators, maintenance teams, quality control, and management to ensure alignment and operational continuity.

  • Solutions oriented mindset with the ability to identify bottlenecks, optimize production processes, and drive continuous improvement across the operation.

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary and participation in our annual incentive plan. $75,410-$100,550
