
The Night Shift Department Manager for Spectrum Metalcraft will be responsible for the overall operation of the department in terms of production, quality, cost, delivery, safety, and personnel management. They will collaborate with other department managers and key stakeholders including purchasing, sales, engineering, and process control to improve efficiencies, reduce waste, and drive overall output to achieve company objectives. The right applicant will utilizes coaching and motivating techniques to maintain high team morale
Major Responsibilities:
This position is scheduled to work Monday through Thursday from 4:30p.m. to 3:30a.m. Based on the Department's work production schedule this job may be required to work on Fridays.
This is salaried, non-remote position and requires working on-site.
