What You'll Be Doing

  • Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure efficient production and safety compliance

  • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery

  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime

  • Maintain accurate records of production data and equipment performance

  • Collaborate with team members to support continuous improvement and operational goals

  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to learn technical processes

  • Strong commitment to safety and environmental compliance

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check

Physical Demands

  • Ability to stand, walk, climb, reach, bend, and lift materials or equipment as needed to perform job duties.

  • Capability to work in physically demanding conditions, including extended periods of equipment operation and movement across uneven terrain.

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
