What You'll Be Doing
Operate front-end loader to safely move, load, and stockpile aggregate materials.
Perform pre- and post-operation inspections; report and address equipment issues.
Maintain efficient material flow to support plant or pit production targets.
Follow safety procedures and respond proactively to changing site conditions.
Keep work area organized and assist with general site housekeeping.

Demonstrates safe, responsible operation of heavy equipment and strong situational awareness.
Ability to perform equipment inspections, identify issues, and take appropriate action.
Reliable attendance and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Clear communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Comfortable working outdoors and adapting to changing priorities and conditions.
Physical Demands
Frequently sit, climb, and operate equipment for extended periods.
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials up to 50 lbs as needed.
Perform bending, reaching, kneeling, and walking on uneven terrain.
Maintain alertness and coordination in active, high-noise environments.
Tolerate prolonged exposure to dust, vibration, and varying weather conditions.
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
