Night Shift Manager (FTC) - Distribution Centre, Perivale

Fixed-Term-Contract to cover peak until 31st January 2027

Role Overview

This is a full-time, fixed-term opportunity reporting into our Senior Warehouse Logistics & Fulfilment Manager, working alongside three other day leaders. You’ll be joining a team of circa 100 based in our Perivale site with a 4 on 4 off shift pattern to cover both shifts.

What we will expect from you

• Take full operational responsibility for the day to day running of the warehouse on your shift
• Lead, motivate and develop your team to achieve challenging productivity and quality targets
• Effectively lead, develop and manage our night team, whilst identifying areas for development and recognising success
• Create and maintain a positive team culture, by actively encouraging ideas and involvement from all, to improve employee engagement
• Communicate effectively with senior management, providing updates and insight
• Drive an agenda for change including system and productivity monitoring improvements
• Lead continuous improvement activity

What you need to succeed at Space NK

• Previous warehouse logistics experience as a Shift Manager in a large, fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Experience managing conflicting priorities, with the ability to plan a warehouse operation
• Excellent people skills - the ability to effectively lead, develop and manage a team, whilst identifying areas for development and recognising success, particularly from your direct reports.
